You can get started by opening the ‘money’ tab in the TruckSmarter app or clicking here. The application only takes about five minutes and asks for a few key details about your business like MC or USDOT number, EIN, business address, and more. Upon completion of your factoring application, our team will review the application and contact you with next steps if we need any additional information or documentation.
No, we do not have specific equipment type requirements. We most frequently work with dry van, reefer, flatbed, hot shot, and box truck carriers. We have a list of approved brokers and recommend you take a look at our list to see if the approved brokers offer loads for your equipment type.
No! We offer 1.5% factoring to all carriers whether you have one truck or a large fleet. There are no minimums for factoring with TruckSmarter, and we do not have a long-term contract as we want you to do what is best for your business.
Upon factoring application approval, your debit card will arrive at your mailing address on file within 14 days. Once the debit card arrives, you will need to call 833-333-0417 to activate your card and set your PIN.
In order to receive same-day payment, your documents and load details will need to be uploaded in the TruckSmarter app no later than 10:00am ET.
We aim to process every payment as quickly as possible. Our standard is to review and process payments within 24 hours of invoice upload. Should you have a TruckSmarter managed bank account, you will receive payments instantly upon our team approving the invoice upload.
Our team is happy to walk through a buyout process with you. As a general expectation, in order to be able to execute on a buyout, we will need an up to date aging report submitted from your current factoring company and written confirmation from your current factoring provider that you are eligible for a contract buyout. If you have this information in hand, please send it to email@example.com.
We have a growing list of approved brokers. We currently factor hundreds of brokers and factor for all the major brokers on the TruckSmarter Load Board. We also factor brokers who are not on our Load Board, as long as they meet our credit score criteria.
